For Completely Custom orders, Seattle area and Out-of-State
We'll start with a chat about what your needs are, and get started on a preliminary mock-up. (For out-of-state clients, we will send paper swatches in your desired colors for you to choose.) A mock-up fee is required at this time, which is $30 for one, or two samples for $45. We'll also need your verbiage for the invitation. When you've received your samples, we'll go over any changes you might need made. Any wording changes will be shown through PDF's. If new design mock-ups are requested after the initial samples, an additional $20 per sample fee will apply. When we are ready to start your complete order, we will require 50% of the total cost in advance. When we've finished your order, we'll have you come pick up, or we'll ship it. (Shipping charges apply.) When you've received your order, the remaining balance will be due. We are happy to accept payment by cash, check, or PayPal.
* Turnaround time for Completely Custom orders is typically five to six weeks after your final "ok." Special arrangements can be made for rush orders, which will incur a 30% rush fee.
For Eiffel Originals orders, Seattle area and Out-of-State
Just use our easy order form to fill out your preferences and we'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order and collect payment in full. No monies are due when using our order form, it's just informational. We'll have PDF's for you within 5 business days, and when everything's perfect, we'll get started! We'll provide detailed instructions for assembly as well as suggestions for adhesive.
